For Therapists & Clinics
Claiming a listing, responding to reviews, and negative reviews.
I'm a therapist and I received a negative review. What can I do?
Negative reviews generally stay up unless they violate our guidelines — here's what you can do about one.
Are independent therapist reviews prohibited by professional regulations?
No. Testimonial rules restrict what therapists may solicit or advertise; they do not prohibit independent third-party review sites, as CRPO, CPSA, and Canada's Privacy Commissioner have each recognized.
Can therapists respond to reviews about them?
Public responses aren't supported yet — use Feedback for a factual correction.
I'm a therapist. Why is my profile listed, and can I have it removed?
Listings are built from public professional information. We update them on request, and remove them in extenuating circumstances such as a closed practice.
How do I claim or update my professional listing?
Contact us via Feedback to verify and update your practice details.

Are my reviews anonymous?

How do I report a review that violates the guidelines?

Is Review My Therapy a crisis or emergency service?
