If I could give her 0 stars, I would!

She states that she is empathetic/ compassionate towards clients but that is far from the truth. She's judgmental and easily annoyed/frustrated with the slightest feedback about how parts of sessions were not helpful. An ethical therapist can't make diagnoses/comments about someone else's mental health w/out assessing them- she however, feels like she can make mean spirited comments about specific communities online & their mental health. She tries to come off as generational trauma ran in her family until it ran into her, but it is obvious from our sessions she is still operating from her wounds. She will say she welcomes feedback so she can learn what we need, but that is far from the truth! At times, when speaking about certain things I had been through, she chimes in with her situation- i wasn't aware it was a competition? Because idc how relatable she tries to be, she was completely unhelpful. In my experience, working with her was the biggest mistake she has no respect for clients if you give her feedback that she takes like an attack, but she loves being told if she's doing well. I felt like keeping her happy was the only way to be listened to. I cannot recommend her based off my experience.

My honest experience with this provider has been very disappointing. It's like she doesn't see me as a person, just a diagnosis. Extremely quick to jump into gaslighting myself into feeling better. It doesn't work like that. But of course, I get told I'm not doing the work. Working with, she goes by Megan, I have felt dismissed, gaslit, and often judged. I'm tired of trying to open up to therapists like her, only to be quickly pushed into CBT BS rather than just listening and trying to understand. She has no respect for clients. And there were sessions she wondered why I didn't make any further progress. How can I?

Did not feel listened to. Often jumped to conclusions before I was able to finish what I was saying. I felt she was highly judgemental towards people she works with based off comments she would make about her own clients. Her demeanor was not welcoming nor consistent. I would often suggest things I would like to work on, but she never had any follow through. When I struggled with stress or anxiety, rather than meet me where I was at, she would get annoyed and frustrated. There were times when I did open up about how I felt in certain situations, only for her to completely dismiss how I felt.
