I highly recommend Verus Therapy! I had never been to therapy prior, but I wish I had gone sooner. I have been seeing Erin for a little over a year for all different areas of my life. Most recently, she has helped me tremendously as I navigate through motherhood, especially having brought a new baby home to my toddler. She has helped me to communicate and parent better - I am better equipped to handle the toddler tantrums and big emotions of a little one. I have a whole new approach to difficult situations with my son. Thank you Erin!
