I am always so grateful to the spaces that are created by Alejandra & her caring team of humans that are eager to encourage growth within everyone that shows up for themselves. Daniela, is an absolute gem and it was so enjoyable to be in a workshop guided by her and Alejandra. With every workshop/group that I’ve had the privilege of attending, I leave with priceless tools on how to exist more authentically and lovingly towards myself. The workshop spaces have really brought a sense of belonging by way of participating by listening to other humans share about themselves . It’s sincere and beautiful. If the opportunity arises, I genuinely feel like these spaces created with the Healing Anger group are kind and supportive and worth every minute of challenging yourself to take up some space and exist next to other humans who are just as curious about themselves. It is lovely to always have space to exist in these workshops/group and walk away feeling seen. Grateful always for the opportunities and time when they’ve arrived! . ✨🦋🫶🏼

Earlier this year, I completed the 6-week Healing Anger group therapy program, and I can genuinely say it’s been one of the most grounding and eye-opening experiences I’ve had. Ale, our facilitator, held space with such care, presence, and insight. It never felt like we were being “taught”—it felt like we were being guided back to ourselves, with gentleness and honesty. The group dynamic was also a big part of the healing process; it helped to know I wasn’t alone in my struggles. From the beginning, Yin (who I believe handles admin) was so kind and supportive. She helped me navigate the intake process and even supported me in accessing financial assistance to make this possible. That kind of compassion at every level made a huge difference. If you’re someone who struggles with anger—whether it’s loud or quiet, explosive or suppressed—I can’t recommend this program enough. It’s not about fixing or judging, it’s about understanding and transforming. Grateful to have found this when I did.

Finding the Healing Anger group was a huge blessing! To be able to be part of such a powerful and informative group has been so helpful in my healing journey. Alejandra and Brinita are wonderful and very knowledgeable facilitators. They lead with kindness and compassion and gave us tools to navigate different feelings that came up during the sessions. It was a safe space where a group of woman came together to share their own stories and where we were all supportive of one another. I walked away from this group feeling that I’m not alone and with useful tools to incorporate in my daily life. I highly recommend this group to anyone who wants to work on personal growth. Anger is a normal emotion, however, it often carries this negative stigma with it. Learning how to work through this emotion in healthy ways and uncovering what lies beneath this emotion is so important for ourselves and it will also help with other relationships. Thank you so much Ale and Brinita.
